Risotto Primavera
Due to my work, I often find myself in different cafes and restaurants in the city and I have a habit to make the same dish at home, that I tasted somewhere. This one became one of my friend's and my family favorites.
Risotto Primavera is a very light dish and doesn't have too much calories. So you don't have to worry about your figure, while eating it. It is very convenient to eat both on daily basis and when fasting. So this dish is something that can be a good starter for you dinner.
To cook for 8 people you will need:
Rice - 500 grams – 350 AMD
Mashroom – 250 grams – 400 AMD
Carrot – 3 – 100 AMD
Canned green bean – 250 grams – 400 AMD
Canned corn – 250 grams – 400 AMD
Oil – 100 grams
Salt, red and blackpepper
Cost: 1650 AMD։
Preparation time՝ 25 minutes։
First of all let's prepare rice. Fry it with oil as long as they become juicy. Than add salt, water and boil it on middle fire till the water is dry.
Grate carrot, cut mushroom and fry it with middle fire. Afte 5 minutes add beans, corn and spices. Mix the vegetables with rice. And here you go!
