What do you need? 1 pack of spaghetti, 2 eggs, 5 slices of Italian bacon, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 1 cup of grated parmesan, olive (by taste).
How to prepare? We should take onion and bacon, both fry in an olive oil, then add mashed garlic. After we should mash eggs with salt and pepper. What do you need? 4-5 potatoes, 2 liter of meat or vegetable broth, 4 stalk of green onion, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of flour, 3 pieces of wheat bread, 100 ml. of cream, 2 eggs, salt and pepper (by taste).
How to prepare? First we should clean the potatoes and onions, after cut and prepare them in a broth. Immediately thereafter,.we need to remove onions and potatoes from the broth, both mash in the blender. We should set prepared puree in the broth again. Now we take the flour and fry in a butter, then add a puree, freeze one part of it, add spice. It comes the time for yolk and cream. Mash a frozen soup mix, then add a hot part. Finally, we should cut bread, dry in the oven. We will serve it with crackers.
3․ Aromatic chicken by Shakira
What do you need? 600 grams of chicken, 1 onion, 50 grams of walnut, 3 tablespoon of cream, 2 tablespoon of curry paste, 3 branches of coriander, olive oil (by taste), salt and pepper (by taste)
How to prepare? First we should cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces, put in a deep pan (the skin should be at the bottom), and quickly fry on a bit of olive oil. Then we turn the meat, add sliced onion. We continue to dish preparation. Now we should chop Indian nuts, mix with curry paste, fill a glass with water on the chicken, add a spice. After completing the preparation, we should put dish in the oven and cook in a closes lid.
Preparation time are 30 minutes. Finally, we should add the cream and coriander.
4․ Lobster with ginger sauce by Salma Hayek
What do you need? 750 grams of lobster, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon of corn flour, salt, sugar and pepper (by taste).
How to prepare? So, we should take the lobster fillet, divide into pieces, covers each one covers with flour and fry on a strong fire. After that we need to chop onion and ginger into small pieces, add the meat, and cook on a light fire. Now we should mix flour with two tablespoons of water and cover the dish. Finally we need to mix all ingredients and turn off the fire.
