Everyone knows how to prepare chicken in an oven. Maybe it can seem to be a very simple dish, but yet every housewife knows how to prepare it in her own way. Every recipe is unique, but yet very tasty and delicious. I also have my own way to prepare this dish. 

So today, I would like to share my very own recipe of chicken in the oven. 



To prepare this dish for 4 people this is what you need:

Chicken – 2 - 1000 AMD

lavash – 2 packs - 200 AMD

potato – 4 - 150 AMD

sour cream – 1 middle pack - 300 AMD

Amount of money: 1650 AMD

Duration: 30 minutes


You can take whole chicken, or the parts you love most. This time I took 2 legs separate it to 2 parts, cut the potato and put it in a plate, you can add spices as much as you wish and than add sour cream and mix.

Add a 2 slice of lavash on a pan and than add chicken and potato and put them in the oven for 25 minutes in 180 degree. You can use ajika, if you love Georgian spices and their cuisine. I am a lover of spices and I use them in 90% of my dishes, they are making the food more tasty. But here is a warning, the smell of ajika is a bit strong, so if you don't like the smell, don't use it very much. 

The oil and the sour cream fill lavash and it becomes delicious. My guests always argue about who will have that last bite of lavash. So try it and you won't regret.
