We all see, that healthy lifestyle is a big part of our life today and the healthy food is as important as the sports people are engaged with nowadays. Today I will present you a very interesting appetizer made with curd that is very effective sport food, as well as tasty for everyone else. 

For 4 people here is what you will need. 

Curd – 200 grams - 500 AMD

Walnuts – 0,5 glass - 500 AMD

Dill – 1 bunch - 100 AMD

Salt/ pepper/ garlic (if you prefer)

Add a walnuts on the curd, dill, salt, pepper and mix them. Make a oval shaped curds 4-6 pairs and then roll them in the dill, so the dill will cover the curd. After that put a walnuts on the balls or a pomegranate.
