Try to prepare and share your impressions with us. Here is a very simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • Ciabatta sort of bread (preferably dried) or croutons
  • 1.5kilo ripe cherry tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic , peeled and finely sliced
  • extra virgin olive oil , the best you can find
  • celery stalks
  • 1 large bunch of fresh basil , leaves picked, stalks finely chopped
  • chili pepper
  • sea salt

If you cannot buy Ciabatta sort of bread or bake, it can be replaced with croutons. A crouton highlights the rich taste and a feeling of fullness to the dish at the same time it is low in calories.

Heat olive oil in a large pot and add chopped onion, unpruned garlic (It will just intense the taste better) and chili peppers.

Soften the tomatoes into boiling water, peel the skin and divide them into 4 parts. Fill it to the remaining mass, and then add chopped celery stalks. Cook it about an hour.

After boiling it is necessary to dilute the mixture with boiling water or meat broth to make soup density. Add croutons to the soup, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Our soup is ready. Serve it with a little extra basil torn over the top or a couple pieces of croutons.

And at the end let's sum up Sophia Loren's famous advice. Be careful what you eat, otherwise you will get fat. Eat less, but also you don't need to starve.
